Tunnel inspection services
We can remotely inspect all underwater or water filled structures in diameters from 200mm upwards over distances of up to 10km. Our skilful tunnel inspectors are equipped to work in static, surcharged and fast flowing water. If we haven’t got the system in place that you require, we will build something bespoke that fulfils your needs.
Water pipe inspection vehicles
We design, build and operate state of the art Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) so that we can access areas that are inaccessible by man. From sewer pipe surveys, to tunnel inspections and everything in between, our pioneering technology means we’ve got you covered. Our ROVs and tunnel inspection services will tackle; CCTV inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, large culvert surveys, tracking and much more.
Decommissioning services
For aging and critical pipes, we offer a unique decommissioning system that tackles the most challenging environments. Our controlled expansion guarantees a perfect seal, with zero requirement for dewatering or reservoir shut down. In addition, we always ensure our environmental impact remains minimal
Underwater construction services
We have designed and built our own pipe inspection vehicles, as well as ancillary equipment, launch systems, pressurised pipe launch-pods, intake grills and access platforms. This means we are ready to complete construction services, both underground and underwater. We don’t shy away from anything.
Water pipe surveying, 3D mapping and sonar profiling
We will survey, map and profile your pipes, combining the cutting edge technology with industry leading experience. We have the tools needed to complete CCTV surveys, x / y / z axis tracking, 3D mapping and sonar profiling. We offer an integrated solution for everything you need to gain critical information on your asset.
Pressurised pipe inspection
Our pressurised pipe inspection service means we are able to minimise any impact we might have on pumping schedules. Often, we can scratch out that impact all together, allowing our ROVs to be utilised for live pressurised pipe surveys. We can do this by launching our ROVs into tunnels, pipes, aqueducts, siphons, outfalls, underground chambers, shafts, reservoirs, gate valves, header tanks and custom built pressure chambers. Confined space & Flume Installation
When faced with a confined space, it’s crucial to maintain the tightest grasp on safety. We will always avoid manned entry when possible, but when it is unavoidable, we pride ourselves on having state of the art equipment and suitably experienced operatives to get the job done safely and swiftly. Our teams pride themselves on prioritising safety and working efficiently.
Long distance pipe inspection
We have converted the majority of our ROVs to operate under a fibre optic control system. The use of fibre optics enables us to survey long distance pipelines and tunnels. Typically we can conduct internal CCTV surveys up to 2km in length in a single day, but we have the ability to traverse up to 8km providing that site conditions allow. Diving services
We are a HSE registered diving contractor with the ability to dive under almost any circumstance. Our dive teams have acquired the experience to perform everything from inspections and NDT, to thermic lance cutting, welding, debris removal and structural repairs whilst maintaining an excellent safety record.
